Directions: Slightly wet area of your body, rub in circular motion. Let sit for a few minutes then rinse off. Let skin air dry or pat dry with a clean cloth. After cleansing face use a serum or moisture. We recommend using once a day in the morning or at night .But can be used twice daily depending on the sensitivity of your skin.
